Mr. Kwadwo Owusu-Tweneboa, an Economist by profession joined the Board as
Chairman in January, 2002 and holds a Masters degree in Economics and
Finance, Advanced Diploma in Development Economics from the University of
Manchester, England, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the
University of Ghana Mr. Owusu-Tweneboa is currently the Deputy Managing
Director of National Investment Bank Ltd. and has previously held various
positions in the Banking Industry

Non-Executive Director – Development Economist,
Strategic Planner and Operational Researcher, joined
the Board in 2006. He holds an MSC in Development
Economics from Oxford University U.K., MSC in
Operational Research from Strathclyde University
Business School, Scotland, BA (Hons.) degree in
Economics with statistic from Legon and a post
Graduate Certificate in Executive Management from
the Canadian Petroleum Institute. He is currently
Head of Corporate Planning, Research and Budgeting,

Non-Executive Director – Mr. Kwaku Sarfo Mensah, a
Financial and Investment Consultant by Profession,
joined the Board in January 2003. He holds a Masters
degree in Finance from Western New England College,
Springfield Mass USA and a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration from St. Francis College,
Brooklyn New York, USA. He is currently Chief Investment
Officer & General Manager for Operations of Tri-Star
Actuarial & Management Consultants

Managing Director.
A Financial Analyst and Economist with over 25 years
experience in Investment Asset Management,
Appraising Accounting Systems, Micro and Macro
Economic Analysis. He holds a Ph.D in Finance and
Accounting, MSc. in Development Administration and a
Post Graduate Diploma in Development Finance. His
prior experiences include working with international
financial and commercial firms such as Hong Kong &
Shanghai Banking Corporation, Drexel Burnham
Lambert, Credit Commercial De France, New Zealand
Apple & Pear Marketing Board.
