Aluworks Limited is pleased to announce a Pronounceable Rights Offer of 75,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value at GH¢ 0.44 (40p) per, a discount of 9% of the current market price of GH¢ 0.44 in a ratio     of : 9 New Shares for every 5 Shares already held.

The Offer commenced on Monday 15th March, 2010 and will close on Friday 16th April, 2010.

All Shareholders are therefore advised, as a matter of urgency to contact their broker or NTHC Securities Ltd, to open a Securities Account with the GSE Depository (GSD) if you have not already done so. In opening a securities account, you will be required to have one passport picture and a form of  identification (Voter ID card or passport or Driver's Licence or National Health Card).
