Dr. A. W. Q. Barnor, Managing Director.

A Financial Analyst and Economist with over 25 years experience in Investment Asset Management, Appraising Accounting Systems, Micro and Macro Economic Analysis. He holds a Ph.D in Finance and Accounting, MSc. in Development Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Finance. His prior experiences include working with international financial and commercial firms such as Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Credit Commercial De France, New Zealand Apple & Pear Marketing Board.
 

      
   
 

Mr. William Sasu, Head of Finance and Accounts.             
 

Mr. William Sasu, Head of Finance and Accounts. Mr. Sasu holds an Executive MBA (Finance Option) from the University of Ghana. He joined NTHC in 1999 as Chief Accountant, and has been involved in management, investment, credit and financial analysis, resulting in enhanced innovation and creativity in the strategic business units of the company. His career summary reflects seventeen (17) years of experience at Senior Management positions, with twelve (12) years at Accra Brewery Limited (six (6) years as Finance Manager and a further six (6) years as Head of Internal Audit). He is a Chartered Accountant by profession.

 

 
   
 
 

Ms. Elizabeth Korkor Baddoo, Head of NTHC Securities Ltd.

She holds an Executive MBA (EMBA), Finance and a BSc.
Degree in Administration from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Legon. Her career summary reflects over 19 years of experience in the Securities Industry. She is a well-trained Licensed Securities Dealers Representative who has benefited from several technical and management development courses with significant contribution to NTHC’s investment management. She has played key roles in all the major IPOs that have been undertaken by NTHC.

 

 

                                                                             Mr. Francis Komla Nyoagbe, Head of Corporate Finance & Research
 
Mr. Nyoagbe holds MSc in Finance and Investment from Brunel University, London (UK) and BSc Administration (Accounting Option) from University of Ghana Business School. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Francis was Manager, Corporate Finance and Investment Research at Strategic African Securities Limited. He also worked as Consultant/Trainer at LVMT Limited, London (UK) having previously worked as Assistant Accountant for Sainsburys Plc, London (UK).
